Shipping Info:
For orders shipping within the United States: Orders ship from Oakhurst, California. Orders ship out within 1 - 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping transit days do not include the day your order ships or weekends (Saturday, Sunday) and holidays. Most of our didgeridoos ship for FREE within the continental United States. California residents will have an added 7.75% sales tax. At our discretion we use USPS Priority Mail, First Class (for smaller items), and UPS Ground.



International customers: At this time we only ship within the United States.


If you would like to order by phone using a credit, debit, or gift card:
1. Prepare a list of items desired.
2. Have card ready.

To order by mail using money order, or check:
1. Prepare a list of items desired. Indicate quantity, description, price, and total cost.
2. Calculate the total with shipping (e-mail us for shipping cost).
3. California residents please include 7.75% sales tax.
4. Include your name, phone number, shipping address, and payment.
5. Include e-mail or telephone # so we can confirm your order.

Shipping a gift? No worries! We don't include pricing paperwork in the box or put our full company name on the return shipping label. The receiver of your gift won't know what is in the box when it arrives.


Damage/Returns Policy.

  • All orders are insured for damage. If your order is damaged in shipping please keep all the packing materials and call us immediately at (559) 642-6248. We will file the claim for you with the shipping company and send you out a replacement product right away.
  • If not satisfied, return product(s) within 15 days of receipt in original condition for a partial refund (less all shipping costs incurred and processing fees). Returned orders that have free shipping will be refunded the cost of the product(s) minus the original shipping charges incurred. On returns purchased with a credit card or PayPal we will need to deduct 4% from your refund to cover the processing fees. On orders placed by mistake and then cancelled before shipping, we will need to deduct 4% from your refund to cover our payment processing fees. In the event of a return, you will receive your refund within three weeks of returning your package. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Undeliverable Packages: On very rare occasion a package will be returned to us as undeliverable. When USPS or UPS returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund (excluding shipping charges). An incorrect address is the most common reason for this to occur. Please double-check your shipping address carefully when placing your order. If you refuse delivery of your order, you will be refunded for the product only, not the original shipping charges.


Satisfaction Guaranteed. If not satisfied, return product(s) within 15 days of receipt in original condition for an exchange or refund (less all shipping costs incurred). If this is a gift, the evaluation period of 15 days will begin once the gift is opened by the recipient. Returned orders that have free shipping will be refunded the cost of the product(s) minus the original shipping charges incurred. We'll pay any return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
